About me
I’m a bilingual Latina registered dietitian, healthcare consultant, and chronic disease care specialist with experience across clinical, telehealth, and community-based settings. My work focuses on metabolic health, obesity and GLP-1 therapies, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and nutrition care for older adults. I’m especially committed to improving health outcomes in Hispanic and other underserved communities by providing evidence-based nutrition care that is culturally responsive, practical, and accessible. Ultimately, my goal is to help close gaps in healthcare and ensure that every person feels understood, respected, and empowered to improve their health.
