I'm a retired ICU Nurse whose family owns GLORIA Teloloapan Mole and whom I'm proud to say has joined the family business. I will be bringing a new up and coming "super awesome" Chile product that will definitely be a future staple in the modern Mexican kitchen.
What is your current career title or dream job?
As a well organized, ambitious and driven latina entrepreneur, my dream job is to form a company in which my children and I can work hard at changing the outlook of how and why latinos reserve "holiday/special event" traditional dishes to only a few times a year. Cultural passionate cooking should be easy, fun and endeared as a lovable and fuzzy inner feeling when sharing these moments with family and friends. What better place to enjoy and create memories but the kitchen?
